OVERVIEW

Welcome to DalelShop!
The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to DalelShop, operated by Gurus General Consultant GCG L.L.C.

DalelShop operates this online marketplace and store — including all information, content, tools, products, and services — to provide both customers and vendors with a connected digital shopping experience (collectively, the “Services”).

DalelShop is powered by Shopify, enabling secure transactions and reliable e-commerce infrastructure.
By visiting, interacting with, selling, or purchasing on DalelShop, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy [LINK].

If you do not agree, you should not access or use our Services.

SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

  • You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use DalelShop or to register as a vendor.

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete account information, including contact, billing, payment, and shipping details.

  • You are responsible for maintaining your account credentials and all activities under your account.

  • Vendors are prohibited from sharing their accounts or selling/assigning them to others.

  • Customers are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and devices.

SECTION 2 - PRODUCTS & LISTINGS

  • DalelShop provides a platform for vendors to showcase and sell their products directly to customers.

  • We strive for accuracy in all product listings, but variations in color or appearance may occur due to device settings or lighting.

  • DalelShop does not manufacture or hold inventory; products are supplied directly by vendors.

  • Vendors must ensure that product descriptions, prices, and images are accurate and lawful.

  • DalelShop reserves the right to remove or suspend any listing that violates marketplace standards, UAE laws, or customer safety.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE

For Customers:

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

  • DalelShop or the vendor may accept or decline any order at their discretion.

  • Orders are confirmed only after payment is processed and acceptance is issued.

  • Orders cannot be canceled once confirmed, unless allowed by DalelShop or vendor policy.

  • Returns and exchanges follow our Refund & Return Policy [LINK].

For Vendors:

  • Vendors must confirm order acceptance within 24 hours of notification.

  • Vendors must ensure timely dispatch and maintain updated stock levels.

  • Failure to fulfill orders on time may result in suspension or penalties.

SECTION 4 - PRICING, BILLING & COMMISSION

  • Prices are set by vendors and must include applicable UAE VAT.

  • DalelShop charges a between to parties % commission during the first month of operation.

  • Thereafter, DalelShop may adjust commission up to a maximum of between to parties%, depending on performance or category.

  • Vendors are paid after customer delivery confirmation, with DalelShop deducting its commission automatically.

  • No subscription fees apply during the first six months; future fees may be introduced based on platform performance.

  • Customers must ensure accurate and valid payment details at checkout.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

For Customers:

  • Orders are typically delivered within 2 business days within the UAE.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to vendor preparation or courier conditions.

  • DalelShop is not liable for delays caused by vendors, shipping carriers, or external events.

  • Once a product is handed to the courier, risk and title transfer to the customer.

For Vendors:

  • Vendors must prepare orders within 24 hours and hand them over to the designated courier.

  • Vendors are responsible for secure packaging and timely shipping.

  • Repeated delays may lead to account suspension or additional charges.

SECTION 6 - RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

For Customers:

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receipt, if the item is unused, in original packaging, and includes proof of purchase.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after vendor approval.

  • Some items (custom, perishable, hygiene products) are non-returnable.

For Vendors:

  • Vendors must comply with DalelShop’s return policy and inspect returned products promptly.

  • Vendors cover the cost of returns when products are defective or incorrect.

  • Refunds must be confirmed within the platform timeframe to ensure prompt settlement.

SECTION 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All trademarks, text, graphics, designs, and content on DalelShop are owned by Gurus General Consultant GCG L.L.C, its affiliates, or licensors.

  • You may use the site for lawful, non-commercial purposes only.

  • Vendors grant DalelShop a license to display and promote their listings, images, and brand names on the platform and social media.

  • Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or resale of any DalelShop content is strictly prohibited.

SECTION 8 - CUSTOMER REVIEWS & FEEDBACK

  • Customers may post reviews and feedback on purchased products.

  • Vendors may not manipulate, delete, or post fake reviews.

  • DalelShop reserves the right to moderate or remove inappropriate content.

  • By submitting feedback, you grant DalelShop a perpetual, royalty-free license to use it for promotional and operational purposes.

SECTION 9 - VENDOR OBLIGATIONS

Vendors agree to:

  • Maintain an active trade license in the UAE.

  • Ensure all listings meet UAE consumer protection standards.

  • Provide accurate contact and business details.

  • Deliver products that meet described specifications and quality.

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly (within 24 hours).

  • Avoid selling counterfeit or prohibited items.

DalelShop may suspend or terminate any vendor account that violates these terms or UAE law.

SECTION 10 - PLATFORM RELATIONSHIP & LIABILITY

  • DalelShop acts as an intermediary platform connecting vendors and customers.

  • Vendors remain fully responsible for their products, warranties, and compliance.

  • DalelShop is not liable for defective goods, delays, or financial losses caused by vendors or shipping partners.

  • DalelShop’s responsibility is limited to facilitating communication, payments, and logistics support.

SECTION 11 - PROHIBITED USES

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

  • Upload malicious software or spam.

  • Violate intellectual property rights.

  • Misrepresent product information or reviews.

  • Interfere with platform security or user data.

DalelShop reserves the right to suspend accounts violating these conditions.

SECTION 12 - TERMINATION

DalelShop may suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Policy or law violations.

  • Misrepresentation or fraud.

  • Repeated customer complaints or poor performance.
    Upon termination, all pending payments or commissions will be settled after final reconciliation.

SECTION 13 - PRIVACY POLICY

All personal and business data collected through DalelShop is governed by our Privacy Policy [LINK].
By using our Services, you consent to data collection and sharing with authorized third parties (Shopify, couriers, payment gateways) for order fulfillment and platform operations.

SECTION 14 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

DalelShop provides the Services “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or risk-free operation.
All warranties of merchantability, quality, and fitness for purpose are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.

SECTION 15 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

DalelShop, its affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including loss of revenue, data, or profits — arising from use of the platform, even if advised of such risks.

SECTION 16 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of the UAE courts where DalelShop is headquartered.
