1. Introduction
DalelShop is an online platform designed to connect local UAE vendors and stores with customers across the country.
By registering, purchasing, or selling on DalelShop, both customers and vendors agree to comply with all policies, terms, and conditions stated herein.
2. Privacy & Data Protection
DalelShop respects the privacy of all users — both customers and vendors.

Personal and business information is collected only for order processing, delivery, payments, and platform improvements.

Data is securely stored and processed under UAE privacy regulations.

DalelShop does not sell or share any user data with third parties, except for logistics, payment, and technical partners necessary to complete transactions.
3. Vendor Registration & Eligibility
Vendors wishing to join DalelShop must:

Operate a legally registered business within the UAE.

Provide valid trade licenses, company details, and contact information.

Agree to DalelShop’s quality, pricing, and service standards.

Upload accurate product information, pricing, and images.
DalelShop reserves the right to review, approve, or reject vendor applications at its sole discretion.
4. Commission & Subscription Policy

During the first month, DalelShop will charge a 5% commission on each completed sale.

After the first month, the company reserves the right to increase the commission rate up to a maximum of 20%, based on performance and category.

No subscription fees will apply during the first six months of operation. Future fees may be introduced based on platform growth and revenue performance.
5. Product Pricing & Listing Rules

Vendors are solely responsible for setting and updating product prices.

All prices must include VAT and comply with UAE consumer protection laws.

DalelShop reserves the right to delist or suspend products that are inaccurately described, counterfeit, or violate marketplace standards.
6. Shipping & Delivery Policy
For Customers:

Orders are typically delivered within 2 business days across the UAE.

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout depending on location and product size.

DalelShop partners with trusted couriers for secure and timely delivery.

Delays caused by vendors, courier companies, or unforeseen events are beyond DalelShop’s control.
For Vendors:

Vendors must ensure products are ready for dispatch within 24 hours of receiving an order.

Vendors are responsible for safe and proper packaging.

Repeated shipping delays may result in penalties or account suspension.
7. Return & Exchange Policy
For Customers:

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving the item, provided it is unused, in original packaging, and includes proof of purchase.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after vendor approval.

Certain items (perishables, custom-made, or hygiene-related products) are non-returnable.
For Vendors:

Vendors must comply with DalelShop’s return and refund process.

Returned items must be inspected upon receipt before refund confirmation.

Vendors are responsible for return shipping costs if the item is defective or incorrect.
8. Customer Reviews & Ratings
Customers are encouraged to leave honest feedback based on their experience.

Reviews must be respectful and genuine.

DalelShop reserves the right to remove abusive, misleading, or false reviews.

Vendors with consistent poor ratings may face suspension or removal from the platform.
9. Payments & Settlements
For Customers:

Payments can be made securely via online gateways or cash on delivery (where available).

DalelShop does not store or share card details.
For Vendors:

Payments for sales are transferred after the order is successfully delivered and customer confirmation is received.

Commission and service fees are automatically deducted before settlement.
10. Dispute Resolution

DalelShop acts as a neutral intermediary between customers and vendors.

In the event of a dispute, DalelShop will investigate and make a fair decision based on evidence and communication records.

Both parties agree to cooperate fully during dispute resolution.
11. Liability Disclaimer
DalelShop is a platform provider and is not directly responsible for the manufacturing, packaging, or quality of vendor products.

Vendors are solely liable for their products and services.

DalelShop is not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by vendors, couriers, or third parties.

However, DalelShop will assist in ensuring fair resolution for customers in all cases.
12. Subscription Termination & Account Suspension
DalelShop reserves the right to suspend or terminate a vendor account without prior notice if:

Policies or UAE laws are violated.
-
Repeated customer complaints occur.
-
False or misleading business information is provided.

14. Policy Updates

Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of UAE courts.
